How to Enhance Your Next Infrared Sauna Experience with Aromatherapy


Essential oils are a powerful addition to your health and wellness routine, and our new aromatherapy cups are a welcome addition to the studio during cold and flu season!

We choose to use Young Living essential oils in the studio for everything from diffusing throughout the day, to cleaning the sauna rooms, to now providing a beautiful aromatherapy experience in each sauna for your to enjoy!

Members are able to take advantage of the aromatherapy cups for free, whilst other clients can add aromatherapy to their sauna for just $5. If you would like to try the aromatherapy add-on, just let us know when you arrive!

Eucalyptus is great for easing upper respiratory ailments such as colds, sinus issues and congestion and can also assist with relieving mental exhaustion. Eucalyptus is also germicidal and antimicrobial, which means it can help with wound healing.

Whilst Lavender is commonly known for calming the mind and providing stress relief, it is actually an adaptogen, meaning that it is able to balance the body and work wherever it is needed - a great all-rounder at any time of the day.

Some studies show that Frankincense has cancer fighting properties and can lessen the negative effects of chemotherapy. Frankincense is also great for preventing the signs of ageing, improving digestion and balancing hormones.

Peppermint increases memory and helps with concentration and focus. Peppermint is also great for relief from headaches and nausea, as well as pain from arthritis!

All citrus scents are uplifting and energising, a great choice for a morning sweat! Citrus essential oils are also anti-inflammatory, cleansing and antidepressant.
