Returns & Exchanges Policy

In store

Wildfire Wellness only offers exchanges on goods that are faulty. Sale item purchases are final.

 

Online

Wildfire Wellness can provide both exchanges and refunds on goods purchased online. Sale item purchases are final.

 

Conditions

Products need to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

The item must be in original condition and remain unopened with packaging undamaged.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost and via the same payment method as the initial purchase.

 

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are to be paid by the customer, unless an item is faulty.
