Please ensure you have read and understand our terms and conditions before booking an appointment.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• A minimum 4-hour notice required for cancellations and changes.

• All cancellations or rescheduled appointments must be done via Fresha. You cannot do this over the phone or via email

• If you are a No Show or if you fail to cancel or change your appointment inside the cancellation period you will forfeit that session and any fees associated with it.

• Late arrivals will be given a 10-minute grace period, if you a running late please call ahead to ensure we have the ability to allow your session to run over.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to class your session as a No Show, you will forfeit that session and any fees associated with it.

• Sessions and packages are strictly non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be shared with family or friends.

• Additional sauna guests will pay $15 per person.
   

AVOID SAUNA USE IF;

• You’re pregnant

• Have suffered a heart attack

• Have a pacemaker

• You regularly use drugs/ steroids

• You suffer from haemophilia, lupus or brain tumours

 

PLEASE ALWAYS SEEK PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE BEFORE USING OUR SAUNAS OR IF YOU;

• Are on any medications

• Suffer from obesity

• Suffer heart disease

• Have low or high blood pressure

• Have any chronic disease

• Have any ongoing health issues

 

WILDFIRE WELLNESS WAIVER  
 

I accept there is potential risk of personal injury or death in using an infrared sauna and I agree that neither I, nor my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Wildfire Wellness or staff for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

 

I understand and accept that booking infrared sauna sessions with Wildfire Wellness demonstrates that I agree with the above Terms and Conditions
