We've been having a few issues with our booking system of late, so we thought it would be helpful to explain the best way to book your appointments at Wildfire.
We find that booking online (on a computer) through Mindbody is a little clunky and slow, so we always recommend simply downloading the MINDBODY app (it's free!!).
Any sessions that you have prepurchased are automatically added to your Mindbody account and available for you to use at your convenience.
Below are a list of the steps you take to book an appointment through the Mindbody app, as always, please let us know if you have any questions or issues with the booking system.
Download the MINDBODY app from the app store.
2. Open the app and search for Wildfire Wellness
3. Select 'View Schedule'
4. Browse schedule and select a time/date that suits you. Keep an eye out for appointments that say BOOK and appointments that say WAITLIST. Make sure you select an appointment that says BOOK if you would like a confirmed session.

5. Once you have selected your appointment you will be taken to the checkout, click the arrow (shown below) to see other pricing options for your session. Here you can purchase multiple session packages to save some $$, or you have the option to prepay for a friend to join you for your session.
6. Select the pricing option that you'd prefer, and from here you'll be taken to the checkout. All sessions at Wildfire are PREPAID at the time of booking.
**A NOTE ON WAITLISTING:
Our waitlist feature is a way for you to put your name down for a busy session in case the person who has reserved the sauna cancels.
When you add yourself to the waitlist you will be charged for the session (unless you have a prepaid package in which case a session will be deducted from your package).
You will be notified by text/email (no later than an hour before the session) if the person has cancelled and you have been confirmed for the session.
If the person does not cancel, the session is returned to your account for you to use at a later date.
